Phil Verity - Executive coach

I have 20 years of UK and international Executive Leadership experience as a CEO and International Executive & Board member at Forvis Mazars, a top 10 Professional Services Firm.

I’ve been a passionate advocate of leadership development throughout my career and in 2025 took the plunge to “go back to school” and become an Executive Coach with the vision of supporting other leaders.

I only work with a small number of CEOs, Executives and Senior Leaders so that I can provide the intensive support that is needed.

My style is to ‘partner with’ and support leaders to become more effective, more resilient - assisting them to lead with greater influence.

I was born in the beautiful market town of Beverley, East Yorkshire, and whilst I moved away many years’ ago, I remain a very proud Yorkshireman at heart.

I’m married to Beverley (I know, another Beverley), and we have 3 wonderful grown up kids and 2 adorable grandchildren.

Accreditation

Phil is currently completing his Professional Certificate at Henley Business School under the triple accredited Executive Coaching programme. When complete, later this year, Phil will become an accredited ICF coach and member. Phil is also Hogan certified.
