Leadership starts with you, and how you lead yourself
Coaching is a partnership; between the client and coach working together to support the client’s objectives and goals. My coaching approach is always to be client-led.
In Executive Coaching, clients sometimes want to blend Coaching with Sounding Board input, and we would agree this together as part of the initial contracting phase.
Coaching is a future based conversation, often based around goals and outcomes. For example:
Leadership transition or and succession
Taking on bigger leadership roles or of a larger scale
Managing through crises, restructuring, accelerated change or complexity
Enhancing self-governance and resilience sustainability
Closing the gap on leadership readiness
Storytelling and leadership communication skills
My belief is straightforward: leadership starts and ends with “how you lead you.”
That means:
Deepening your self-awareness and emotional intelligence
Strengthening your self-governance and resilience
Developing your leadership strengths and being a self-tuner
Strengthening your leadership is about reflecting and learning how you show up, perfecting your leadership craft, understanding what Your Best looks like and learning how to bring that more consistently each day.
